RATES:

There is no membership, no contracts, no surprises.

Meadow Park RV Lake Community at beautiful Lake Tenkiller offers annual and seasonal pricing for our guests. Most of our guests come from the Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Fort Smith areas.

Year-Round Rate:

• Yearly rate is $300 per month based on a 12 month commitment.
• If you leave in less than 12 months, you may be charged the difference of the seasonal $500 rate minus the monthly $300 rate.

Seasonal Rate (4 months or less):

• $500 per month.
• If you start as a seasonal renter and commit to a year you will be credited $200 per month.

Utilities:

• Water, sewer and trash are included in the monthly rate.
• Renter pays electric.
